Need to Return Something?
We want you to love your purchase from Cultured People. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your tees or hoodies, we are here to help.
Returns
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@culturedpeople.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return the item(s) for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [number of days, e.g., 5-10 business days].
Exchanges
If you need to exchange your item for a different size or color, please contact us at info@culturedpeople.com. We will do our best to assist you with the exchange process.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
